Timothy Nuy

Timothy Nuy is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Fin, an African credit-led neobanking platform.

Fin is simply smarter finance for everybody. Together with its partners, the company is providing credit, wallets, savings, insurance and more; fast, convenient and reliable. With traditional financial institutions unable to address the increasing credit gap in Sub-Saharan Africa, Fin aims to drive financial inclusion in the region through its digital solutions and proprietary credit risk technology.
Prior to Fin, Timothy was a Deputy-CEO at MyBucks S.A. from 2015 to 2018, acquiring and turning around five banks and successfully listing the company on the Frankfurt Stock exchange.

Before MyBucks, Timothy was an Investment Director at ADC African Development Corporation, where he was notably involved with the successful sale of ADC and its subsidiary BancABC to Atlas Mara. Timothy holds a BSc from Maastricht University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Sandeep Chagger

Sandeep Chagger serves as the group chief operating officer of Peach Payments.
He has over a decade of experience in business strategy, growth, and transformation spanning the verticals of banking, fintech, and financial markets. Sandeep completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree at the University of Rajasthan in India. He is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and holds executive education certificates from LSE (Africa and Global Transformation) and the University of Oxford (Fintech).

Abiola Adediran

Abiola Adediran is a Family Business Advisor, Private Wealth and Family Office Expert with over 15-years’ work experience.
She is a speaker, author, trainer and mentor, whose work and impact over the years have been instrumental in driving key transformation across different sectors in Nigeria.
She is a Partner at Genea Family Office Limited, an independent, boutique multi-family office delivering innovative wealth management and family advisory services to enterprising families and ultra-high net worth individuals to preserve their wealth and legacy.
She is also the Managing Consultant of Midridge International, a pan-African strategy consulting and financial advisory firm supporting and facilitating the growth of businesses across Africa. Abiola currently sits on the board of growing start-ups and also serves as a mentor to various leading entrepreneurship organisations in Nigeria like the FATE Foundation, Awesome Treasures Foundation, Women in Management and Business (WIMBIZ), Women in Africa (WIA), She Leads Africa, amongst others.
She has been listed as one of Nigeria’s 100 Most Inspiring Women by Leading Ladies Africa and recognized as one of the top 100 career women in Nigeria by the 9to5 chick platform. She is a member of the prestigious Forbes Business Council where she is collaborating with global leaders and contributing to the development of businesses and economies around the world. She is happily married with two adorable children.

Aysha Tegally

Aysha Tegally is an angel investor, consultant and business coach with over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship and early-stage investments. She has been instrumental in shaping entrepreneurship initiatives in both the UK and Africa, working closely with prominent public, private, and multilateral organisations.

As a trainer and coach, Aysha has impacted entrepreneurs, guiding them in building and expanding their ventures while facilitating access to vital capital and investment.  Currently, Aysha holds the position of Director at AWI (Advancing Women in Investing), a network dedicated to providing support tot enable growth for female investment vehicle managers in emerging markets. Here, she focuses on providing essential training and resources to bolster the network. She is also actively involved in designing an innovative investment vehicle to enable female investment vehicle managers building their track record. Beyond her role at AWI, Aysha lends her expertise to advise investment firms and family offices on investing in Africa and incorporating a gender-focused approach, she is currently Director of Client Coverage at Vaternfields Family Office.

Notably, Aysha recently spearheaded the development of a specialised fund for CSI Energy, encompassing the formulation of investment theses and governance structures. Prior to this, she founded and led Future Females Invest (FFI) and FFI Angels, instrumental initiatives that empowered African female founders to become investment-ready and facilitated the creation of an angel network, enabling more women to deploy capital.

Nathan Samson

Nathan Samson hails from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from a family that has worked in the hospitality, international trade, and food processing industries.
After graduating with a degree in Economics from Rutgers University, Nathan returned to Addis Ababa and worked as a consultant in the supply chain and technology sectors. Nathan has provided consulting services to many Ethiopian exporters as well as accomplishing due diligence and market research projects for companies overseas in cities such as New York and Abu Dhabi. He has a passion for connecting Ethiopia to the rest of the world.
